1. Who we are. L.WIN ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by the business named on our Legal information page, linked at the bottom of every page. Contact: lwin.app.team@gmail.com.
2. What the Service is. L.WIN is a news analysis tool for US-listed stocks. It collects company and market news, checks the sources, and uses AI to summarize how the news may affect a stock. It also includes a stock screener and a private portfolio and trading journal with monthly statistics. The Service analyzes publicly available news and information.
3. Not investment advice. The Service provides information and software tools only. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. You make your own decisions and are solely responsible for them. You use the Service entirely at your own risk. You alone are responsible for every investment decision you make and for its results. Please read our Risk Disclaimer.
4. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
5. Your account. One account is for one person. Keep your password secure. We verify your email address before your account becomes active. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
6. Sharing is not allowed. You may not share your login with anyone else. An account can be signed in on only one device at a time; signing in on a new device signs you out of the previous one.
7. Your own API keys. Market data and AI analysis use API keys that you obtain from third parties, such as Finnhub and Anthropic. You are responsible for any fees those providers charge and for following their terms. Your keys are stored only in your browser and are never sent to our servers. 8. Founder's Trades. Subscribers can see a section in which the founder shares selected trades from their own account, for transparency and education. It shows selected trades only, not the founder's full trading record. Entry and exit prices and times are recorded automatically and cannot be edited afterwards. Results are shown as percentages only. This section is not a signal service and not a recommendation. You should not copy any trade without your own judgment.
9. No redistribution. Content available to subscribers, including Founder's Trades, is for your personal use only. You may not copy, publish, resell or share it outside the Service, including through screenshots in chats, channels or social media. Pages may carry a code that identifies your account.
10. Beta period. During the beta, the Service is free. We will notify you by email and on the Service before the beta ends and paid subscriptions begin.
11. Trial and subscription. When the beta ends, users without a subscription get a free trial of [3] days, and so does every new user after that. To keep using the Service after the trial, you need a paid monthly subscription. The current price is always shown before you pay. Without an active subscription, access to the Service is closed; your saved data is kept for 40 days after your trial or subscription ends, so you can return; during that time you can still download or delete it. After 40 days it is deleted.
12. Payments. Payments are processed by [payment provider], which acts as the reseller and merchant of record and handles taxes such as VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay.
13. Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or by [payment provider]'s terms. Your legal rights as a consumer in your country are not affected.
14. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the Service, try to access other users' data, overload or disrupt it, create accounts to get repeated free trials, or use automated tools to copy its content.
15. Suspension and termination. We may warn, suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, including account sharing, redistribution of content or repeated trial accounts. You can delete your account at any time from your Account page.
16. Third-party data. News, prices and other data come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Always check prices with your broker before you trade.
17. Availability and changes. We aim to keep the Service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change the Service or these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you and ask you to accept the new version. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
18. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages, however they arise. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
19. Your rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
